Packages and Pricing Options

PLEASE NOTE: All packages come with a free 30 minute phone consultation
Clients are responsible for reimbursement for purchase of any physical organization tools beyond basic labeling supplies (clients will have the option to approve of cost prior to purchase). 

 

Filing Packages*

Package A: File System Set Up/Reorganization/Maintenance (excludes photos—see Archiving section): Ideal for the home or office 
$150 includes*:

  • 30 minute in-person consultation

  • Detailed File System Proposal

  • Custom File Folder, Document, and Label design

  • 2 hours hands-on organizing

  • 30 minute maintenance training

Package B: File System Set Up/Reorganization/Maintenance (excludes photos—see Archiving section): Ideal for the home or office 
$250 includes*:

  • 30 minute in-person consultation

  • Detailed File System Proposal

  • Custom File Folder, Document, and Label design

  • 4 hours hands-on organizing

  • 30 minute maintenance training

 

*Additional file design, reorg, and maintenance time will be charged at $30/hour; In-person work, consultation, and check-ins only available within 35 miles.

Office/House Organizing Packages**:


A la Carte Organizing: Ideal for small projects or clients who are overwhelmed by doing it on their own. 
$100 includes**:

  • 30 minute phone or video consultation

  • Typed Detailed Proposal (generally includes 1 hours of work) and materials estimate (if relevant)

  • 2 hours hands-on organizing (clients should be present and ready to be involved)

Intro to Organizing Package: Ideal for a small, 1-2 room project. 
$200 includes**:

  • 30 minute phone or video consultation

  • 1 hour in-person consultation and walk through

  • Typed Detailed Proposal (generally includes 2 hours of work) and materials estimate (if relevant)

  • 2 hours of hands-on organizing

  • 30 minute post-organization walk through

Intermediate Organization: Ideal for a large-scale 2-3 room project. 
$350 includes**:

  • 30 minute phone or video consultation

  • 1 hour in-person consultation and walk through

  • Typed Detailed Proposal (generally includes 3 hours of work) and materials estimate (if relevant)

  • 4 hours of hands-on organizing

  • 1 hour post-organization walk through

  • 1 hour in-person 3 month check-in (digital if location requires)

Advanced Organization: Ideal for a whole house project. 
$500 includes**:

  • 30 minute phone or video consultation

  • 1 hour in-person consultation and walk through

  • Typed Detailed Proposal (generally includes 3 hours of work) and materials estimate (if relevant)

  • Typed Detailed Proposal with materials estimated (if relevant)

  • 8 hours of hands-on organizing (split into 2 days)

  • 1 hour post-organization walk through

  • 1 hour in-person 3 month check-in (digital if location requires)

  • 30 minute in-person 6 month check-in (digital if location requires)

**Additional time will be charged at $50/hour; In-person work, consultation, and check-ins only available within 35 miles.
